Various kinds of tropical fruit plants, both far and near, are part of the natural scenery of the islands of France's overseas departments. The landscape they create is expressed as a pattern by weaving in abstract images of birds with bright feathers that live in the depths of the landscape.

Manipuri scarves are hand-printed one by one by Japanese artisans, and the ends are hand-rolled. The fabric is made of 12 momme twill silk. It is neither too thin nor too thick, and is very smooth. The lustrous sheen of silk adds brightness to the coloring, making your outfit look much more gorgeous.
