How to order

1. Add the product to your cart

On the product details page, select the color, size, and other necessary items and click "Add to Cart."

2. Check the product

The "Shopping Cart" page will be displayed. Please check the items you wish to order and click "Checkout" if there are no mistakes.
If you wish to continue ordering other products, please click "Continue Shopping".
If you want to remove an item from your cart, click Cancel.

3. Delivery information

Please enter your desired delivery address. We can deliver to your home or to a location other than your home. If you register as a member, this will be automatically filled in from the next time.

4. Desired delivery date

Please select your desired delivery date and time slot.

5. Payment Method

Select your preferred payment method and click "Confirm Order Details".
If you wish to pay by credit card, please enter your card information.

6. Confirm your order

Please check your order details and if there are no mistakes, click [Place Order].
*Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been confirmed.

7. Order completed

A confirmation screen will appear indicating your order has been completed, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been sent correctly. Please check your "Purchase History" on your My Page.

About Shipping

Ordered items will be shipped by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. or Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.
*Pre-order items will usually be shipped within 2 months.

Delivery date and time

Shipping may be delayed depending on the number of orders. Also, during sales periods, Golden Week, New Year's holidays, weekends, and public holidays, shipping may take longer than usual. Please note in advance.

The times you can specify are as follows:

  • Not desired

  • 14:00-16:00
  • 4pm to 6pm
  • 6pm to 8pm
  • 7pm to 9pm

Product delivery status

You can check this information through the parcel inquiry service provided by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. and Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. Please have the "parcel inquiry number" listed in the "Product shipment notification" email we will send you after the product has been shipped ready.

Shop Pay is a payment service provided by the online shopping system "Shopify." If you register your email address and mobile phone number with Shop Pay, you can make payments easily without having to enter your shipping address or credit card information again by simply entering the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS authentication) sent to your email address and mobile phone number the next time you make a purchase.

You can enter your phone number and email address.
You can choose from the following payment methods: direct debit, convenience store payment, or bank transfer.

<How to use>
A. Postpay 1. Select "Postpay" as the payment method and enter your email address and mobile number on the paidy screen.
②Enter the 4-digit authentication code sent via SMS to complete your purchase.
(Please note that paidy's credit check may be rejected. We cannot provide information on the reasons for rejection.)
③After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from paidy confirming your use.
④You will receive an invoice from paidy via email between the 1st and 3rd of the following month for purchases you made with paidy in the previous month.
⑤Please pay by the 10th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.

B. If you want to pay immediately without waiting for the invoice, ①When you receive the paidy "usage confirmation" email from A-③, tap "Usage details" in the app.
②Tap the "Pay Now" button.
3. Select the convenience store you would like to use to make your payment.
④A payment barcode will be displayed, so please pay at the register.

*Please use the paidy app to make payments and check your billing amount.
*No invoices or payment forms will be included with your delivery.

About points

Use points

Once you register as a member , you can use your awarded points at a rate of 1 yen per point.
*The points system cannot be used by simply purchasing as a guest or signing up for the email newsletter.
When using points, enter the number of points you wish to use when placing your order, click "Use points" and then proceed to the purchase process.
The number of points you can use does not exceed the total price of the product including tax (excluding shipping fees).

Points redemption

Registered members will receive 1 point for every 100 yen spent on shopping.
Points will be awarded for the product price including tax (not for shipping fees).
If you use a coupon or points, you will be given points equivalent to the discounted product price including tax.

How to check your points history

You can check your points history on your My Page after logging in .

  • Earned: Points already awarded (can be earned after shipment is complete)
  • Points to be awarded: Number of points to be awarded
  • Used: The number of points used
  • Expired: Points with a time limit have expired (status is updated at 0:00)

Points expiration date

Standard points expire after 365 days.
It is counted from the time it is awarded.

Example: If points are awarded on April 1st, they will expire at midnight on April 1st one year later.

Points to note when cancelling or returning an item

The points used for the cancelled or returned item will be refunded to you.
(Points that have expired after use but before cancellation will be considered as forfeited.)

Any points that were scheduled to be awarded or have already been earned for cancelled or returned items will be deducted.

Points to note

  • If the registered email address for Amazon Pay and the ONLINE STORE are different, points cannot be used due to a mismatch in customer information.

  • Points cannot be used after an order has been completed.

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points cannot be transferred to a third party.
  • In the unlikely event that we find any points that we believe were obtained through fraudulent processing, we may delete them.

About product returns and exchanges

At the manipuri online store, we accept returns or exchanges of products within 7 days of receiving the product.
When you receive your ordered item, please check immediately to make sure you have not received the wrong item or that there is no defect.

If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons such as "it was different from what I expected," "I made a mistake in my order," or "the size didn't fit," we will accept the request as long as our conditions for return and exchange are met.

However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Sale items (including coupon items)
  • Pre-order items
  • If you do not request a return in advance
  • Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
  • Products that cannot be judged as "unused" according to our standards
  • Products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as underwear
  • If the product tag, price tag, label, accessories, etc. are damaged
  • If the item has been used, altered, processed, washed or cleaned
  • If the condition of the product when it is returned is significantly different from when it was delivered (including the packaging, box, accessories, and warranty card)
  • If the product becomes dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession, or if it has an odor (from pets, tobacco, perfume, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Any other cases where the product is deemed to be in a condition that makes it impossible to resell.

The procedure is as follows:

1.Return notification
Please contact us via " Contact Us " with the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number

  • Product name and reason for return
  • Your order number (this will be listed on the invoice we will send you after you place your order)

*Please be sure to contact us in advance. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns if you do not contact us in advance.

2.Return
Please fill out the "Return Notice" included with the product and return it to the address indicated on the return notice.

Shipping costs will be borne by our store, so please return the product by cash on delivery.

<When it is due to customer's convenience>
All shipping costs and fees for returns will be borne by the customer.
If the item is returned cash on delivery, we will refund the amount minus a flat rate of 1,650 yen.

*Please make sure to return the item using a method that allows you to check the tracking number to prevent the item from getting lost.

*Please note that if the returned item arrives with damage that was not previously indicated in the reason for return, we will be unable to exchange, return or refund the item.

3. Refunds
Once we have received the returned item, we will process your refund.

*If excessive returns continue, we may suspend your use of the service.
*If the product is returned without notice due to an extended absence or refusal to accept the item, we may restrict the payment method and charge you for the shipping and return shipping costs.
*For products purchased outside of our online store, please contact the store where you purchased the product directly.
Additionally, products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
*The products sold in the online store are the same as those sold in the physical store, so there may be small wrinkles or damage to the packaging. Please note that if there is no problem with using the product, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
*Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during Golden Week, the New Year holidays, etc.

<About cooling off>
Internet shopping differs from door-to-door sales and telephone sales in that it is a sales format in which customers can carefully consider their order before placing it, and therefore is not subject to the cooling-off period under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).
