Inspired by the entrance to the villa of Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa, the collection combines distinctive items found in Bawa's utopia. The motifs, which are intentionally left with sharp edges like paper cutouts, give a more modern and catchy impression.
Manipuri scarves are individually hand-printed by Japanese artisans, with the edges hand-rolled. The fabric is made from 12 momme twill silk. It's neither too thin nor too thick, and is incredibly smooth. The silk's lustrous sheen adds a touch of brightness to any color, making any outfit look even more vibrant.
